Getting Ready for Texicon: More Aliens

Texicon is 21 days away.  I’m confident that I’ll be ready. (Now watch everything go wrong!) There’s only a handful of minis left to paint & half a dozen paper/cardstock buildings to assemble.

Here’s what came off of the painting table this week & a few pictures of some Foundry Street Violence Packs.  “Street Violence” is the name of Wargames Foundry’s modern/near future range. They are more expensive per figure than Foundry’s other ranges.  Where other ranges will have 8 figures to a pack, the Street Violence range only has 5 figures per pack.

I finished 5 aliens this week & my shipment from Zombiesmith arrived!  Zombiesmith makes some interesting aliens and hopefully I have some camera ready next week.  This week I have 3 from Darkson Design’s AE Bounty range, one from Infinity, and a really fun one from Mongoose’s Judge Dred range.

That does it for this week.  I hope the pictures are of help if you are wanting to start or add to a Science Fiction collection.  The Chimpanzee with a Club was an absolute joy to paint and the sculpt is full of character.
