There are places in our own world, not to mention fantasy worlds, where temperatures and cultures are such that little clothing is worn. My Lost Temple of the Nagaji campaign is set in the steaming jungles of the Mwangi Expanse, it is not uncommon for women to go topless. Thus earining this post a Not Safe for Work (NSFW) rating.
Like Vondra, the medusa, the temple guardians are powerful “henchmen” of the temple complex with a Rep 5 reputation stat. The player character may encounter a guardian leading a band of Nagaji minions or a group of guardians. Worse, the player character could also encounter guardians functioning as bodyguards for the “big bad boss”, the temple priestess.
