While painting the Scarlet Ladies pack, I also painted some West Wind Cowboy Wars figures. One is a Ranger from one of the Ranger packs and the other is a Hangman from one of the Town Characters packs. Both have been in the lead pile for nearly 20 years. The Ranger was half painted, so I just finished him. Looking at the photos, I should have done some touch up work. The Hangman was painted from scratch.
